Once your payment is verified, you can track your order status in real-time from your LOOOT Dashboard under the "Purchases" tab. The chat with the seller will also open automatically to coordinate delivery.
How does TradeShield escrow work?
When you make a purchase, LOOOT holds the funds in our secure escrow system (TradeShield). The seller only gets paid after you confirm that you have received the item or currency exactly as described.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the specific game and seller. However, items marked with the "Instant Delivery" badge are usually delivered within 5-15 minutes.
How do I become a seller?
Anyone can apply to become a seller! Navigate to the "Sell" tab, fill out the vendor application, and complete our automatic KYC verification. Approvals typically take under 24 hours.
